Bidrage med feedbackI placed an order through the app, but upon arrival, it was incorrect. I waited at the drive-thru window for assistance from the employee with red hair. When I explained the issue, she seemed skeptical, checked the order, and eventually corrected it. However, there was no apology or acknowledgment of my patience. While the food was decent, the lack of professionalism will have me consider trying another location.
Tried this location after not visiting for a while due to food quality. Unfortunately it did not improve. Stale taco shell, clumpy beans in my bean burrito and my cheese for my chips and cheese had what I hope was a chunk of ground beef in it but it was so chunky I didn't eat it. Didn't want to risk getting sick. I will stick to the Twinsburg location.
Caution check your bag before you leave, we've had something missing every trip... this trip we were missing our two chips and all our sauces! Every trip we've had soggy hard taco, hard beans burritos, thick cheese for chips and cheese. The audacity of these people to think they deserve $18 an hour when they can't even wrap a taco. I literally had my taco just thrown in the bag unwrapped. I think our days of Taco Bell are done we'll stick to companies that hire ppl who actually care about their customers!
The workers there are incompetent, waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to be told to come inside to order because making 2 party packs is to hard of an order for the drive thru. Walk inside and it was another 30 minute wait. Find someone that knows how to run a restaurant.
Orders always fast and 99% accurate. They are swamped so I 'm ok with those percentages. I 've got to say during this viral pandemic that the workers consistently ask how are you today . Each and every time. Right now i think it 's very nice of them to take a moment to ask that.
