Mcdonald's - Macedon

This McDonald's is conveniently located on my way home from work, which is why I often stop there. However, I've had several frustrating experiences with my orders. I've previously informed the staff that my orders have been incorrect, but I've seen no attempts to correct the issue. I typically visit around 7:30 PM, and I repeatedly ask for no pickles due to an allergy, yet I continue to receive them. This has happened six times now. Additionally, when I request no mustard, I often end up with no condiments at all except for ketchup. The staff members are unfriendly, making for an overall disappointing experience. Just five minutes ago, I picked up my order, which included a burger with only ketchup and a Big Mac that was overloaded with pickles.

Food and service was excellent... sweetened ice tea and caramel frappe was delicious? Plus the Big Mac meal was very delicious!! Parking: The parking lot was so confusing and honestly kinda dangerous bc signage actually was backwards for entering and exiting...I know it's hard when attached to gas station and laundromat so it's not only McDonald's issue. Plus, there's Dunkin donuts next door and CVS..I personally just found parking lot confusing and dangerous. But food and service was excellent!!!!
