Bidrage med feedbackThis is hands down the best vegetarian restaurant I have ever been to! I can't praise enough the selection, presentation, ambiance, and the excellent service. It is definitely worth a visit when in Macau. Their extensive 30-page menu can be found on their website, and I have posted a detailed review with photos on my Jamaican in China blog.
The service was great and the food was delicious. Remember to bring a jacket as it can get a little chilly.
The restaurant is beautiful and very spacious, with an extensive menu that is mostly vegan. They offer many types of vegetarian meat, as well as amazing local vegetables and mushrooms. The dishes were a mix of Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine, typical of Macau. The service was excellent, even though we arrived shortly before closing. The staff patiently served us, answered our questions, and refilled our teapot. The prices were reasonable, though not cheap, considering the quality of the food. The restaurant has good space for large groups, with tables that can accommodate up to twelve people. The food was delicious, with the option to add hot spice and salt. The only downside was the overuse of a soy-starch brown gravy, which reminded me of a bland pepper steak sauce I make at home. Our meal for two came to less than $100, including a 10% service charge. In addition to the huge wooden Buddha decoration, there was little evidence of the nearby Buddhist temple.
A jewel embedded in taipa in a beautiful tempel, this large veg restaurant offers an extensive menu of Chinese/Japanese inspired dressing, abundant free parking (wh is a rarity in macau) and comfortable environment.
Best Chinese vegetarian in Taipa. Spacious private parking area , plenty of vegan menu , suitable for family .
