Very regrettable and imagination condomium. The gymnasiums are fantastic. simply not so convenient for public transport

I went to the bar just to have a beer, and it was taking a while to come out, so I asked where it was. The waitress told me that they were just changing the keg, and it wouldn’t be much longer. She came back a few times to confirm that it was on it’s way. 20 mins later, another waitress came over to inform me that they realized that the keg was empty. I was quite annoyed at the fact that they wasted 20 min, when there was never any beer to serve. Also, no apology was offered.

We just move here few weeks ago.,. And we really love the facilities provided it’s really nice and my kids enjoyed their indoor playground... However it’s just very upsetting with your receptionist behavior.,.,The way she talk to the customer in a very rude tone in B1 her name is Sherry Cai when we came for the registration of my kids!! I believed that she is there to help everyone if any matter occurs and customer is the main priority., I am just hoping that this will not happen again in future and hopefully the person who will be incharge is helpful and polite. It will greatly much appreciated!! Thank You
