Subway - MacArthur

I eat at this place almost every day and I get a bad meatball sub and they refuse to replace it. I called and no manager was on duty. Several days later a manager finally there and wants me to return the food. This place is not run by competent people

Extremely slow service. Ordered the beast which is supposed to be 1/2lb meat and it was extremely small.

Stopped at Noon and two people working. Moved pretty fast. They were organized, friendly, and most importantly didn't mess up our order. nothing to complain about which is kind of unusual for a fast food/gas place.

Slowest subway service I have ever seen. It took the guy almost 10 minutes to make two sandwiches and he didn't acknowledge anyone in the line the whole time (he must have been working on an online order).

We stopped on our way through from South Carolina. The young girl who made our sandwiches was nice and polite. There were 8 people that walked in after us and whoever was in the back did not come out and help. Very very unprofessional. That poor girl was trying as best she could but an extra set of hands would of helped so she wasn’t so stressed out.
