Brasserie Vd Valk

Pasta was stuck together, big lumps instead of strings of pasta. Was told I'm getting a new one. But I got the same thick paste back, only the chunks were cut smaller! This is why I'm giving the bad review! I expect a different customer-friendly approach if we cannot deliver quality! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Was very disappointing. Asian bites dish was no more than 3 fried mini spring rolls, 2 chicken nuggets, 2 breaded shrimps and 2 mini bapao rolls, which we could not eat because of the enormous amount of star anise in the filling... The carpaccio with arugula was a huge mountain of lamb's lettuce with a stray arugula leaf, carpaccio, 4 sun-dried mini tomatoes, 3 olives cut in half and a few stripes of truffle cream. This tasted good, but only the top. The salad itself had no dressing/oil, salt/pepper. No, for €45 a bite to eat before we go to the theater, I really expected more from that. At least more flavor. This was also indicated, nothing was done, but it was waved away with: I'll pass it on... Too bad, but not worth repeating.
