How to fail to serve wrong half of the things we ordered? With a waiter without English understanding and zero interest in his work. The food is good so I feel i cannot give them a 1/5

The dining experience was excellent and the server was very friendly and polite. Their English was good, allowing for easy communication. There is a 10% surcharge for dining in. The falafel and wraps were delicious, with well-seasoned ingredients. The service was a bit slow, but they grilled the meat immediately without pre-cooking. The prices were fair with no additional charges for tourists.
