Starbucks - M C B H Kaneohe Bay

There are just so many things that irritate me about this place. Most of them are common to all Starbucks: eg burnt coffee, plastic lids on everything even if you are staying in, over-filled cups, and that obnoxiously stupid “venti”, “grande” size thing.But this place has managed to create some irritations all their own. Like the fact that they insist on keeping cream and sugar behind the counter, rather than having it available on the customer side—argh!And the place has the worst access ever. To get to the patio, you either have to walk around the building and go through the dining room, or crawl through the planters (the most popular option), or sidle down a narrow strip with a table jammed in and someone’s dog always blocking the passage. All this makes dealing with your bike a giant pain, since you either have to put it on the patio or literally leave it lying in a parking slot—grr!Also, never plan to use the restroom here: there’s only one, and for some reason it always seems to be tied up for hours by some idiot doing their make-up or something—gaaa!But the place is clean, Starbucks uses less single-use plastic than most fast food joints, and there aren’t a lot of other café options in this part of town, so I’ll give it a couple of stars.

Beautiful establishment and a relaxed environment. Staff and customers are all nice here...I was so comfortable in their environment. Keep up the amazing work all, God bless you folks ?

Your favorite sip your way in many ways...Probably the most versatile Starbucks I've seen as many are either a pick up, dine in or the convenient drive-thru and this one has it all.Kudo to the staff here that are super friendly and ready to take your order as I walked in which I loved how spacious it was with various types of seating from the community table with stool type seats to tables for two and even a few cozy lounge type of seating is a fabulous layout at this Aikahi Park location.I'm so glad that I gave them a visit as it feel like a bit of a escape once you step foot in this super chill location so relaxed as I waited for my order watching the barista busy fulfilling orders one after another I didn't realize that my order was done haha! He didn't yell or announce the name too loudly as I assume to keep the convo to the guests and that's probably is what makes this location different in a gold star way.Thank you!

I asked for no whip on both my drinks. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-through just to get the wrong order. I didn't have time to waste on them to make the drink right. What a complete waste of time going to this Starbucks.
