Subway - Lytham St Annes

Went into around 2pm thay had run out so much of the witness was a sweat felt like everything we asked for for her never had the 2 young boys in there was a sweat, got only 3stars because my 6incher was pretty nice, but sorting them the load and the personal out

No complaints about the food and the staff are great. However, on my last two visits the tills have been down so I have not been able to earn my points or spend them. Staff are dealing with the issue well but they shouldn't have to

Woeful is the best word to describe this place. Maybe it was our own fault for ordering something so complicated as a sandwich and a salad with a couple of extra sides….and maybe that’s why it took over an hour and a half to be delivered….surprise surprise….cold. The hash browns we ordered weren’t available so those were replaced, but then the meatballs we ordered were missed completely. When we spoke to them on the phone their reason was they were dealing with a lot of orders…..7 orders…7!! At lunchtime!! I don’t know how they survived… The last time we ordered from here it took over an hour and then an hour and a half this time….for sandwiches! If you’re hungry and want food quickly, I’d suggest somewhere else. If you could sum up these sandwich artists ability….definitely less Monet and more along the lines of a Jackson Pollock. Trust me, I’m doing you a favour

Staff are very rude, especially the young blonde lady! Trying to charge me extra for a children’s meal, I had order quite a few things and wasn’t even offered a bag! The young blonde lady just expected me to carry drinks, crisps, sandwiches with my bare hands

Staff needs to turn the oven on before opening, had to wait 15 mins after ordering for oven to warm up. Also shop was filthy, spills on every surface, staff don’t care. Very very poor.
