Bidrage med feedbackExtremely Slow. Its been 20 minutes since I was notified via SMS that my online order was ready but Im still sitting here waiting and this is the second time in a row this has happened. Stop playing games with the wait times. Unacceptable!!!
Horrible service I?m extremely upset about the service I had placed a mobile order around 9:40am the location opens at 9:30. I arrive to pick up my food and the person at the register says there?s no cook that to come back at 10:30am I was patient and understanding I went back and the cook says that the rice isn?t ready and to come back in 30 minutes I had to wait almost 1 hour after opening and the cook was asking for me stay and wait longer I asked for a refund he didn?t want to give me a refund stating that he couldn?t do it and i know he can I kept telling him I don?t want to wait I want my money back I have to go, worse service ever
Customer service is awesome. Food is great. Busy shopping center but worth it. Local-forum.com
Just order the shrimp plate to go, when ready to eat at home I see it has less of everything, not even a complete salad portion just one fork serving, the shrimps taste sour. Have eaten at others Wabas and nothing compare to this one really disappointed. Not coming back here.
Food was cooked perfect! Girl at the front has great customer service ????????
