Pizza Hut - Lynwood

When I arrived to pick up my order, I waited outside before the pizza was supposed to be ready, and after five minutes had passed, I decided to go inside and check on it. The staff member opened the hot box and pulled out my pizza. I reminded her that I had requested a contactless transaction and had been waiting outside. She mumbled an apology under her breath, and I just walked out. Next time, I think I'll order from South Gate instead. I really dislike when people give off attitude, especially when I expect them to do their job properly.

You offer curbside pickup. No one brought me my pizza. I had to go inside. The lady admitted missing notation that pizza was for curbside.

I placed my order online and the estimated wait time was 10-20 minutes. I didn't have to wait longer than the suggested time, making for a quick and efficient experience.

Ordered food around 8 and still nothing.. Its now 11pm ....i call and sounds like someone answers but its just quiet and then it clicks.... dont know what to say

The restaurant was clean and organized. However, they could have improved by having a second cashier, as it would have made the line move faster.
