Jet City Pizza Company - Lynnwood

The Lynnwood Jet City Pizza is permanently closed after losing their lease. Please avoid attempting to place orders online, as any messages left will not be received. I visited the location in person to try to place an order, but there were signs on the windows indicating the closure.

I'm disappointed to write this review. We started out really enjoying their pizza two years ago, as it was conveniently located near our home and quickly became our go-to for Friday night dinners. However, the quality of their pizzas has seriously declined recently, and the service has gone downhill, too. The pizzas are now consistently dry and overcooked, and it takes an inordinate amount of time to have our order ready. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll need to find another favorite spot for our Friday night pizzas.

The pizza here has always been delicious; however, my rating reflects the poor service and the store's failure to open at the advertised time. I tried calling several times between 12:35 and 12:45 PM this Saturday, but no one answered. The website stated that the store opened at 11 AM, so I assumed they were just busy. I placed an online order at 12:48 PM, which gave me an estimated pickup time of 1:13 PM. When I arrived to collect my order, a staff member named Joshua told me he had just come in 10 minutes earlier and was only now starting on my order. This level of service is unacceptable, especially since I called to ensure my order would be ready and avoid waiting. It seems evident that the staff arrived late, which explains the delay and the unanswered calls. The management should consider retraining their employees.

I attempted to place an order on their website shortly after they opened for the day. After waiting half an hour past the expected delivery time, I tried calling, but no one answered despite several attempts.

Our order was completely wrong, and although I overpaid, I managed to catch that mistake.
