It's frustrating to pay for items we don't receive. I can’t tell if it's due to carelessness, lack of attention, or simply being overwhelmed, but regardless, the drinks need to be made according to the modifications requested. I worry about customers with allergies given the baristas' apparent disregard for orders. Additionally, the attitude of the staff needs to change. If they made the drinks correctly the first time, there wouldn't be a need to return them. This isn't just a one-time issue; it's a daily occurrence. It would be beneficial for management to retrain their employees or address their attitudes.
The drive-thru service is typically a bit slow. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the price per person was around $10–20. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere also a 4.
Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. They even messed up my friend's order! To make matters worse, the tables were sticky and had crumbs on them. Although the bathrooms were slightly cleaner than the main area, they still fell short of expectations. I am really frustrated with my experience today, and I hope changes are implemented; I don’t intend to come back.
