Whataburger - Lynn Haven

Fast and fresh every time and every way I order! The drive-thru is one of the fastest options on my lunch breaks. The lobby is always clean. Ashley is one of the most polite and professional managers I've ever experienced. 10 out of 5 stars.

It was definitely a pleasure eating at this fast food restaurant, from ordering, a staff worker named Bobbie, M she was very friendly and professional as well as the rest of the staff. My wife and I where amazed at how all the staff was workingtogether in a positive atmosphere !! And waiting on our orders to be bought to our table, the gentlemen had bought our order wasvery pleasant too.!! We had ordered HONEY BARBECUE CHICKEN STRIPS on TEXAS TOAST which was amazing!!! Whataburger thank youfor having a great staff at this store. We will be eating there again. It's a shame more places doesn't have this type ofatmosphere in their restaurants

I had to tell the guy I was working with don't joke about Whataburger and just pass it by. My day is so much better now.

My first time visiting a Whataburger and I was impressed. The gentleman that waited on us was very polite and friendly. (Hard to come by these days) Food nice and hot even when I arrived back at my hotel. Juicy, huge hamburgers and the fries are great too. I ordered the Swiss Mushroom and will def buy it again.

The food, as always, was delicious. I placed my order in advance using the app, so it should have been ready by the time I arrived. However, when I got there at the scheduled pickup time, they hadn’t even started my order yet. The cashier informed me that I needed to check in upon arrival for them to begin my order. I tried to explain that this wasn’t how it was supposed to work; the order should have been prepared before I arrived. The check-in was just to let them know I was there to pick it up so they could hand me my order and I could leave. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes after the original pickup time. On a positive note, the cashier was very friendly, and the manager I spoke with about the issue was also kind. She assured me she would discuss the situation with her team to prevent it from happening again.
