Dunkin' - Lynn

This is a great Duncan. If there is a problem they take care of it.

Stopped for coffee tonight while waiting for the bus just after 8 pm. Employee was standing around talking to two customers seated in a booth. Product was already cleared and I was told the store was closed. Store hours on the door state they're open until 9 pm. Employee claimed those are drivethru hours. Nowhere does it specify drivethru. If the store was closed, why were those two customers still in there?

The staff prepared my ice cream exactly the way I wanted it.

I live near this Dunkin', so I often stop by to grab coffee for myself and my wife, and sometimes we also enjoy breakfast there. The staff is consistently friendly, and the service is quick. The drinks are always ready when I walk in, and the drive-thru service is just as efficient. They have a large team of employees who work hard from early morning until late in the day, serving customers with a smile. I wish all Dunkins were as great as this one! A big shoutout to the manager for ensuring there’s enough staff to keep things running smoothly, and to all the employees for their wonderful work. Their efforts certainly do not go unnoticed!

I had gone to another dunks and they had messed up my coffees, I decided to stop in and see if they were able to remake my order and the staff IS AMAZING!!! They took them all re made them and did it all happily! Thanks for turning my day around! Look how beautiful these coffees look
