The Thistle - Lyndhurst

This is the best place in the state / nation for fish and chips, I am here since my youth, and no other fish n chips I have ever been in my travels or in my life was as good as DIESETLE... The Haddock is perfectly cooked with the most delicious dough I tasted... The ambience of the restaurant reminds you of the Cobblestone restaurant you would see in Ireland. The staff have been there for years so you know it's good... This is a little dry!!!!

I parked on the street, went in and enjoyed a plate of fish and chips. Perfect part, scattered and fluffy, and friendly staff

Went to Thistle for their fish and chips as I been going to the store since they were in Kearny. It was still the same quality as always. I would recommend them for a quick delicious meal anytime you are desiring a good fish dinner. Always crispy and a large serving of fish.
