The Mill - Lynden

Nice surprise! decided to try the mill for my daughter's birthday after looking at the menu. We always thought it was a wine bar with snacks. I have three teenagers who never tried. It was a Monday night and the place was very quiet. Our waitress was friendly and offered to sit outside. We sat on their cute back terrace and had them ourselves. They also have a front terrace, but it was next to the road. The waitress immediately brought us water and answered all our questions. First was the laundry board. It was a nice selection and perfect for the four of us to snack on. Two of us ordered Paninis, Turkey Pesto and the Orchard Valley. Both were very delicious, but the Orchard Valley was the best with the combination of bride and pear. The other two ordered Flatbread Pizza. Many vegetables on Tuin Garden pizza with pesto, Italian cheese mix, mozzarella and balsamico drizzle. It was like a salad on Flatbread. The Margherita was also excellent, except my daughter did not take care of the prisoners. The vinegar taste was too strong and overhauled all the other flavors. This is not done with a red sauce that was also surprising. Overall, we really enjoyed each other. There were many child-friendly options as well as gluten-free substitutions. It was nice to sit outside from the street, there are not many decent outdoor dating options in Lynden. We are happy to go back and try something new.

The best food in Lynden. Excellent prepared food with a special care for dressings and sauces. It is obvious that every aspect of the meal has been carefully planned and executed. The music was great too. I went so far to download her playlist.

Wonderful food. Great atmosphere. Rosé cider is heavenly. Only the problem is they play country music.

Great food and service as well as friendly customers as we in. Tryed this place for the first time and was not disappointed. From apps to main course we loved everything. Will definitely be back.

Service was great and the waiter was knowledgeable! Pricing was not expensive and has a very nice cozy ambiance. Food was good. My wife really loved her French dip. My burger was good but had it been excellent, would have earned the 5th star!
