Dutch Mothers Family - Lynden

The Dutch Mothers offers a distinctive dining experience. Housed in an older building that seems to have once been a residence, it is adorned with an array of fascinating decor. It's not your typical chain restaurant; the ambiance feels genuinely unique. Their menu features items like Pannekoek and sausages with Pierogies—dishes you won't find everywhere else. Additionally, they serve homemade cakes for dessert, and the coffee is surprisingly good, far surpassing the usual restaurant brew.

I had a fantastic breakfast featuring a Dutch pancake loaded with crispy bacon and two perfectly cooked eggs. The pancake was enormous, hanging several inches over the sides of a large plate. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to all travelers, even if it means taking a little detour.

I've always had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and attentive. On two occasions, they even made special fresh cookies and gravy just for me, and they were delicious! The restaurant has a charming, cozy, and rustic theme that adds to its appeal.

Super nice family-friendly place to eat. Comfort Food and huge portions! Great to share or take home.

This place is always great. I went for breakfast this time, but their split pea soup is freaking excellent. My wife rants about it's greatness
