Panda Express - Lynchburg

The food looks appealing. Not old world Chinese. Poor customer service!

Food taste like frozen Chinese. Very little meat. Plenty of rice. So if you like rice this is your place.

Love that there's an app now. Favorite is Honey Sesame chx.

Very quick service even when they were about to close and the woman in charge is always working incredibly hard every time I come in there. Everyone is very sweet and helpful!

There's an older Asian lady that works there who looooves to talk right over customer's food while she is serving it. She does not wear a mask and so I know there's all kinds of spit particles getting all over the food. She is a loud chatterbox. If you are going to talk over the food, please wear a mask; it's common sense. Forget covid.. there's the flu, and bacteria in general. If I am paying, I don't want my food contaminated. It's actually rude. I mentioned it to her in a nice way and she kept talking right over customer's food while and after she had dished the food out. I don't care who it is or where they are from, but I don't want anyone talking over my food. Parking is not very comfortable and shopping center has a very crammed up design for parking. A to go/drive thru window would be nice to have, like other panda express have. I also wish you provided duck sauce.
