This guy is literally the cutest little old man. If you have some time to spare, stop here. Definitely get the candied pecans as they are TO DIE FOR! We bought a cake and had him sign it. We actually never ate the cake so I can't comment on that. Loved learning about his business. Oh THE WHISKEY CHOCOLATES. So dang good!! They didn't make it home.. haha.

We came here after our Jack Daniels tour and it's only a 5-mins drive down the road. We were welcomed by Mr. Billy who is the owner and the nicest guy ever! He told us all about his family business and his moms recipe and the features they had on television. We also saw their kitchen where they make the whiskey cake! If you are here, definitely pay a visit and experience their southern hospitality. We bought a bunch of stuff and really enjoyed them. I brought some at work as well that my coworkers enjoyed! You can also order online!

Best place to go while waiting on a tour at Jack Daniels. Billy was so welcoming into his shop and takes pride that he uses USA products and equipment exclusively. He even offered a tour of his shop and factory. I'm amazed how much product they can make in such a small facility. Billy also takes pride in how clean his place is pointing out he has the highest inspection score for a HACCP facility in the state of Tennessee. It was fun getting to talk to him about life for about 30-45 minutes. We got a little bit of everything to take back home for family and friends for gifts. He also recommended several other family owned businesses throughout Tennessee. Several of which we either have visited or plan to visit. I can't wait to try the whisky cake and pecans that we bought. If you're ever in the area this is a must stop.

This off the road find is a memorable stop while in Lynchburg, TN. Bill (owner and chocolatier) was waiting on the front porch of the shop when we arrived! Serenely located next to his walking horse stables and beside his home, his shop is a quaint, small business that reminds us what it means to be made in America! Although his bread is sold in Cracker Barrel stores, Kroger's, and he has been featured on The View and Food Network, he keeps his operation small enough to be able to let visitors tour his kitchen (for free) while listening to his unique story of American small twin success. Be sure to stop by and buy some whiskey bread, chocolate whiskey balls, or whiskey pecans before venturing on to the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg. Calling ahead would be best- give this trip about 30 minutes of your time! Bring $23 and you can take home one of each of his products. Or order from his website!

Billy(Owner) has a neat business just out of the town of Lynchburg! I wouldn't call it little, because he definitely has a global presence, but still ships 2 Jack Daniel's whiskey cakes if need be. I won't spoil the experience by telling you everything he'll talk about on the free tour of his 800 sq ft operation. He is very personable and knowledgeable about agriculture, which is needed in his business. He employs 10 people and doesn't have turnover, so that tells you something about his operation and him as a person. I'm from Eastern Washington state so most of my family there are weaved into the apple industry which is usually on a very large scale so I found it fascinating how one man could run an ag-based business, thriving and growing exponentially without that growth in square footage of his building, but he was an Accountant for many years prior so he knows his stuff!! I think this tour is very well worth the time, as a compliment to your time in Lynchburg. Definitely buy a Whiskey cake or two, Lynchburg chocolate Whiskey balls and some complimentary products from other TN ag businesses. Reasonable prices (definitely not a like is listed) and cheaper than in town of course. Support local businesses in TN. Keep Lynchburg quaint.
