Applebee's Grill - Lynchburg

Very fast and very friendly service. we sat immediately and our waitress was very active in our special feed requests.

Unfortunately the chain has fallen off some, or it could be the lack of workers available. Either way, it was not a great experience.The waitress got our order wrong. She did not stay at the table after she asked a question, she never really got it together. Steaks were way over cooked. No sense in sending them back.. There was a seriously cold spot in my mashed potatoes as if it were still in the fridge.The beer was flat. And the poor waitress brought the salad with the meals. Kind of a simple guideline there.The table behind us was not fairing any better. They sent three of the four dishes back. The fourth dish the customer asked for a box and stated she would heat it up when she got home. SMH.Well the song Fancy Like might be sending some customers back in Applebee 's direct but they are sure not fancy.Good luck.

We were a party of 3. The food was hot and let me tell you, the Whiskey Burger is so good. Our server was extremely polite. She made sure we had everything we needed. If you go to Applebee's on Old Forest ask for Jamie. You won't be disappointed.

My sister and I went for lunch before grocery shopping as usual. Our waitress was super friendly, very attentive and patient with us as we tried to decide on lunch and then dessert. She was on top of everything. I tried the quesadilla burger and my sister tried the blackened cajun salmon. We both definitely enjoyed our meals and will definitely go back!

Got the bourbon street steak. Was overdone and definitely smaller than a 6oz. I waited 25 min for them to remake it. Never seen it, finally got tired of waiting and just paid the bill and left. Restaurant was dirty food all over the floors, bathroom disgusting. Idk what was taking so long there was only 5 tables full and the manager kept turning people away saying it was over an hour wait. Definitely not impressed. Won't eat here again.
