Arrived very late (had told them we were delayed) for a booked table but the hosts very kindly kept the table for us even though they were very busy. Served our food quicky and looked after us very well. Food was good pub type...enjoyed the beef and ale pie. Well worth a visit if you're in Lymington. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 4

The food and service was so good. Food cooked by a proper chef rather than just reheated like most pubs nowadays. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Crab Salad, Warm Chocolate Brownie

The food was good, typical pub fare. The service was satisfactory, but we felt a bit rushed, and there were some rather loud and intriguing conversations among the staff behind us throughout the evening. Overall, I would rate it: Food: 4, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 4.
