Subway - Lyford

Nice little Subway restaurant located in Lyford Tx, a beautiful quiet little town. I motorcycle often to this area and sometimes stop here to quell the hunger pangs. Try it. You'll like it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is our favorite Subway to visit in the RGV. It's close to home but the service is always A1 and the food seems fresher than most other subways. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

SLOW! The times I visit this location the bread and vegetables are fresh (majority of the time) and the place is clean. The only reason I'm rating so low is for the fact that I spent my entire lunch break (30 min) waiting for a sandwich. The girl working was serving 2 others ahead of me and was talking with them so much and just took so long. I've seen others at this location help more people in a faster time frame. She was the only one working. They need to hire more people to help her and make service faster.

Went to get lunch. 4 young employees were hanging talking making lots of noise and swearing. The worst one, was talking both her phone one she claimed she had to use gov 't phone because she didn 't pay her reg phone bill) of course we all know this because she was hanging over the counter talking and swearing at the 3 other young men there very loudly. I did spoke up asking her to stop and she made a few comments under her breath and walked in the back. She did claim she doesn 't care, she has 3 kids and she is going home. This young lady has no clue who to act in public let alone around customers. All the employees were complaining about their lack of sleep. This place is run by people acting like children who need supervision.... next time, I will go some place else.

A really cool dude works here. I hope he gets more help soon. ;3
