Luz Seebistro - Luzern

The location was stunning but unfortunately the fish burger I had ordered had a hair in it. After telling the waiter she first wanted to put it on us and was saying it could be from anywhere (the grill or so). When I was asking...for the bill, I found they still charged us for the Burger. Since we were obviously not willing to pay for a Burger with a hair in it, the manager finally decided to take it off but for some weird reason they wanted us all the sudden to pay at the bar. If it would't have been enough already we had to listen to the manager blaming us for only having one drink (just reminding you we had ordered two full lunches). In my eyes it's one thing to make a mistake but one other to blame it on the customer! I would not recommed this place at all!

We came here for a lunch and as first impression it’s very bad! Such an unfriendly service! We already ordered, will stay to eat but do not feel comfortable at all. Very because the place is beautiful. Hotspot but always the same when the success...is there, the service is wrong

Friendly service, tasty quick bites, e.g. burger, sausage, sandwich, all very good. Right next to the ferry ticketing place. Has outside and inside seating. Nice place to eat before the boat trip.

We did not have much time before we needed to board for our boat ride to Pilatus but this place was really good food with a great view and location next to the boat. I had a burger, my wife and son each got a...different sausage plate and my daughter a pretzel and water so we were all please. We thought we were going to have to run on the boat but we had enough time to sit outside and enjoy the view along the waterfront. I highly recommend eating here if you have to catch a boat. Plus it was the least expensive meal we had in Switzerland.

Came here for lunch on a very warm day. Very busy so waited outside until a table became available. Very much a cafe with nice views over the lake. My cheese quiche was nice , washed down with a couple of glasses of Chardonnay. Might...for a pleasant lunch before I made my way to the rail station opposite.
