Banana's - Luxembourg

Haven't gotten food yet as it is very crowded but the manager did advise before hand that there will be a wait for food because of the crowd. Edit: Food was ok. Would come back if a friend wants to come here but may not go here myself.

Been there for an after work drink with colleagues. The furniture looks a bit old and the decoration is not modern at all but that is only personal preference obviously. I've been here a couple years ago and come into a fun conversation with an staff member. Had a good time can't complain. Bananas is good situated at the Place d'armes.

Good pub-like place for a casual drink. And the lunch is good value for money and served fast.

The quality concerning cocktails depends unfortunately on the one who makes them. I ordered a cosmopolitan (11€ which contained a very small amount of alcohol (if there was any inside? . It was a great place some years ago. I'm not sure if I will ever go back to that place because I disliked the ambiance.. I had the feeling that the moody waiter wants us to leave... Actually the place was not overcrowed, it was on a Friday around 17.00 I guess. The waiter (around 45/50 years I guess talked very ambitioned to older men and served them one beer after the other and walked quite a few times outside to smoke while we were sitting there with empty glasses for over 30mins. Consequently we decided to leave and went to another place because no one gave us attention.
