The Great Catch By Taste Of Boston

As always, the food was fantastic! I'm disappointed that I didn't catch the waitress's name. It was a little after 2 PM, and she was handling everything on her own until around 3:30 PM. The restaurant was busy, yet she managed to do an amazing job. You would never have guessed she was the only one working, except for the fact that it was clear she was the one serving every table, which was quite a lot. Great service and delicious food!

I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant since it’s conveniently located near my home and they offer seafood. Sadly, my experience was just average. The waitress was lovely and attentive, but the food fell short. I’m a big fan of hushpuppies, but my first serving had a hair in it, and the second batch was burnt. It seemed like someone had cooked some hushpuppies in old oil without changing it. After sending them back, I decided to give up on the hushpuppies entirely. The fried haddock and baked potato were decent, but the salad left much to be desired.

Went for lunch with my husband and a friend. They had the blackened basa sandwich and fries. I had the French onion soup and fried mushrooms. Everything was very delicious. Our waitress was great and made us feel welcome. We'll definitely return!

It used to be good, but it's just not anymore. There wasn't much flavor to anything.
