The food was absolutely delightful! I ordered a grilled chicken salad with strawberries, and it was the freshest salad I've had in ages! The greens were crispy, the onions and tomatoes were fresh, and the strawberries were sweet and juicy. When I say it’s the BEST salad I’ve ever tasted, that might even be an understatement! The service, too, was undoubtedly the best we’ve experienced in Tampa during our time here. Plus, it’s rare to find a place with genuinely good gluten-free options on the menu. The gluten-free banana bread is simply the best I’ve ever had, gluten-free or not! Thank you, Richard's Cafe, for proving that there are still places serving truly homemade, delicious food at a reasonable price! We can’t wait to return for breakfast or lunch in the near future!

I absolutely love this restaurant if you're looking for an amazing home-cooked meal—this is the spot! My favorite dish is the Mom's Special. It's family-owned, and the people here are really friendly.

We had our first breakfast here today, and it was wonderful! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Amanda was particularly sweet, and the other staff members were also very friendly. We will definitely return!
