Pizza Hut - Lutz

I used to order from a different local Pizza Hut location, but after mistakenly sending my order to this one on US-41, I’ve been a regular ever since. I've never had to wait long for service here, and the staff has always been friendly. My most recent visit was excellent, as usual. Our order was ready exactly at the specified pick-up time, everything was correct, the timing was perfect, and the pizza was delicious when we finally got home to enjoy it. I will definitely be returning to this location at 17420 US Hwy 41, Lutz, FL.

I highly recommend the Lutz Pizza Hut! The team there puts a great amount of care into preparing your order, treating it as if it were their own.

I had the worst pizza experience ever. I ordered a medium thin crust pizza with paprika and black olives for pickup. It was literally covered with eight slices of pepperoni and just sixteen tiny olives, and the pizza was burnt. I used to know the previous manager, who was fantastic, but it seems that the new staff just doesn't care. From now on, I'll be going to Marco's instead.

My order was literally cancelled with no notification to me. Waited over an hour before calling to be told they are closed and promptly hung up on. Called and called to see how I was getting refunded, and no one would answer (this was at 5:30-6pm on a Sunday). Really embarrassing when you’re throwing a bday party and everyone is hungry and waiting. Also, very bad exposure for our local Pizza Hut with so many people there at the party to tell what happened. We tried Dominos and it was delicious, that will become our new spot to order from along with many others who often default to Pizza Hut.
