Freshii - Lutz

I tried freshii for the first time today because I found them by searching gluten free food near me!! the street tacos were so bomb and the budda bowl was so good with great flavor.

Came in for a quick smoothie. And after paying the gentlemen said it will just be a few minutes after I make a few tacos. I waited for 15 minutes and they didn’t even start my smoothie. So I had to leave and asked for. Refund. They didn’t know how to give a refund so they asked if they could refund me in cash, instead of credit card. I said that was fine. I paid 7.94 for my smoothie and they handed me 7.50. Unbelievable…. I didn’t bother to ask for the rest of my change….. I won’t be back.

FALSE ADVERTISING. Displayed food on website is not what is included in your order. Since when is meat not included in any of the bowls/wraps? I used to order from the Freshii that was located in Trinity (now closed) and chicken was included in the teriyaki bowls. My mistake assuming that a $10 bowl would come with protein. I understand food costs are increasing but it costs $3.50 for a scoop of chicken? Unbelievable. Will not be ordering again.

I can’t believe I paid 19.02 for a CHICKEN Teriyaki bowl soup assuming as it says “Chicken Teriyaki” on the menu you would think it comes with chicken. I came home to eat it, no chicken. I was a bit disappointed when he asked about protein I thought he was asking if I wanted extra protein so I said no. This place is overpriced and I will not be returning. I’m sorry to write this as the gentleman and the lady were extremely sweet but I’ve never been to a restaurant where it says hamburger but I don’t get meat. I am sorry, I don’t mind spending money on what I am hungry for but this was not worth it.

Love the food here but unfortunately they are understaffed. Service was incredibly slow and I had to wait way too long for my order.
