Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I ordered dinner here for my family. When I called to place the order the man who answered the phone sounded disinterested and did not speak clearly. My husband picked up the order and when he got home there was an order missing. He called Fresco Pizza back to inform them we were missing the the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo and they told him that he can return and they would give him the order. My husband went back to pick up the order and when he returned home with the pasta the order was still wrong they have me a different pasta and no chicken. This place did not take the time to check the order the first time nor did they do it the second time. This is a very poor customer experience.
I had a lasagna that came with a side salad and bread sticks. The bread sticks were hard and plain, I'm not too sure if this was a bad day or what. The meat lasagna was fantastic and so was the salad. They are pretty busy on Friday evenings. A call in order took about 20 minutes. Would definitely return here.
By far the best pizza in the area! We are so happy to have found this place. The pizza is delicious, the staff is friendly, and they even went above and beyond to help me with my son's pizza themed birthday cake.

I was told to expect my pickup in 25 minutes, but when I arrived, there were about 12 others waiting as well. I thought, "Okay, it's a busy night." I was patient and waited an additional 15 minutes after I had paid, then I decided to ask if they were still working on my order. I received a dismissive yes, but if that weren’t the case, I would have requested a refund. As I continued to wait, another customer spoke about their own lengthy wait time, and I engaged in conversation but didn’t call out my order number. When I finally approached the counter to check in, the girl behind the counter was glaringly rude, telling me they had called my number three times. This left me feeling foolish for asking—there was no way they called it that many times; it was quite loud in the restaurant. In total, I spent 35 minutes waiting after the initial 25-minute promise, plus an additional 15 minutes just to leave my house. The whole experience felt disrespectful, and I had remained polite throughout. The pizza isn’t worth all this hassle, especially with poor customer service on top of the long wait. I’ve been a loyal customer, but it seems they don’t value that anymore. The owner should take a moment to acknowledge customers who are waiting and offer some apologies or explanations. I’m done here. I will now seek out better quality and customer service. After seven years, they have lost a loyal patron.
