First Watch - Lutz

Food is good quality, but a little bland. The ingredients seem to be fresh and there is a good selection of meals that are way better than most breakfast restaurants. But some of the dishes need some zing with seasonings and/or sauces.Service is very good and the servers are attentive, polite and sincere.

Food is just not good. I've been a couple of times now. It's just inconsistent and a limited menu.

Sunday mornings around 10am-11am are very busy at this location. Once we were seated, the experience and food was excellent!

The Purple Haze was absolutely delicious, definitely worth a try. The food I ordered wasn't cooked as fully as I would've liked, the bacon wasn't cooked all the way, the potatoes weren't fully cooked either. However my companion's food was cooked perfectly so perhaps it was just an off day for themParking: The parking usually isn't bad however you're also competing with Starbucks for parking and the new restaurants that opened up next to First Watch. If you're going for breakfast it shouldn't be too bad but if you're going for brunch/around noon rush your mileage might vary

My wife and I, accompanied by another couple, planned to dine out after church. Initially, we were informed of a 25-minute wait for seating. However, after waiting for 35 minutes and observing two other groups being seated ahead of us, despite their later arrival, I decided to inquire with the hostess about the situation.To my surprise, the hostess explained that these two groups had signed up online and had, in her words, waited longer than us, leading to their earlier seating. This revelation left me questioning the accuracy of the initial 25-minute estimate. I asked how much longer our wait would be, and she informed us of an additional 15-minute wait. Moreover, she cautioned that if other parties who had waited longer online arrived, we might face further delays.Regrettably, this experience left a lasting negative impression, and I have no plans to return to this establishment. I strongly discourage others from choosing this venue for their dining experience.
