Waitrose Partners Lutterworth

The staff was very accommodating, especially since I have a bad hip. Even other customers helped me by bringing my car back to me.

On Saturday, July 30, I made a last-minute trip to Waitrose with my two-year-old son, who is usually a well-behaved little angel but was not on this occasion. He decided to throw a complete tantrum in the store and wouldn’t stop crying. I tried everything I could think of to calm my passionate toddler, but nothing worked. Finally, a staff member approached me and offered her assistance. She quickly diffused the situation by giving my son a Paw Patrol chocolate lollipop. It was as if nothing had happened; the crying stopped instantly. I just want to say that the customer service at the Waitrose in Lutterworth is exceptional. Thank you!

I love visiting this supermarket on a regular basis.You can tell as soon as you walk into the store how brightly coloured all the fruit veg are.They have a great selection and it’s very well sourced and high quality.The meats and dairy are sourced from ethical farms and the animals have been fed a healthy diet.They have a great selection of plant based products, I love the Method and Ecover brands as I try to do my bit for the environment.The store is always clean and fresh, the staff are great too, I’m just glad that I can afford to shop here.I swear by the Waitrose own brands which are reasonably priced.Please don’t ever close this store down like the legendary branch in Blaby or I’ll be screwed!

Just perfect. Not too big. Excellent choice of quality products and the nicest most helpful staff. Would recommend.
