The soup was referred to as a foam on top and unpleasant sour taste of its photos attached!!!! After calling for the institution, the hearer raised Tetiana and my questions: "What can you give guests a spoiled soup?". I answered: "It can't be spoiled because no one complained of him." I came with my parents to Felicita on Franka, ordered three pizzas and two salads to take away, having already arrived at the place where we were supposed to eat our food, we noticed that the dishes were sloppily assembled (although the taste was preserved, and when transporting the food, it was kept in my hands and drove for literally 5 minutes) and I immediately wrote on Instagram in a direct message and attached a photo, after a few minutes the administrator called me and apologized a hundred times for such a situation and promised to fix everything and completely prepare our entire order any day Arriving at the establishment the next day, the pizza and salads were just perfect and incredibly tasty (as always in principle) I am sure that it was just carelessness and a one-time mistake, which was resolved very quickly I am grateful for the good service and very tasty cuisine Living in Kyiv, Felicita's pizza is still the tastiest and I will always be your guest

The pizza is delicious, but I don't understand since the sides take up almost half of the pizza. You can even see from older photos that everything was normal before. Plus very burnt. Service: Take out Food: 2 Service: 4
