Restaurant Wagyo - Lutry

Excellent and fresh, very mice menu and good choices, including the real matcha ice cream made by the chef

I highly recommend this restaurant! It is classy, with its own parking and right by the lakeside with a gorgeous view of the port and lake. The food is delicious and freshly made with obvious care. The personnel were very polite and always there when we needed them. The price is a bit higher than at average restaurants but definitely worth it! I can't wait to eat there again!

It’s on the first floor of a building without a terrace so we weren’t sure about going there in a balmy summer evening. However, with big sliding windows that look right onto the port of Lutry and out over the lake to France, we didn’t miss out at all. Thanks to some gift vouchers, we were able to gorge ourselves without a huge bill. Because one problem with this restaurant is that it’s hugely expensive and having lived almost all my life in Asia I crave my Japanese fix and would love to be able to come here more often. Notwithstanding the pricy menu, we did enjoy the superb 40-Piece Sushi Boat Platter. It had generous portions of maki and came with beautiful tuna, salmon and yellowtail sashimi as well. Included are a starter choice of miso soup or seaweed salad and tuna and avocado temaki hand rolls. Alex who served us was incredibly friendly and accommodating— and we look forward to returning soon.

Very very nice sushi. The restaurant is rather pricy but so are most things in Switzerland. This is worth a visit if you enjoy quality Japanese food.

Fantastic food, great service really worth a visit! I had sushi, which was really fresh and good quality. My husband had the chicken which was also good. Great value and really good atmosphere friendly staff and service
