I have been to this restaurant many times before without any issues, but last night I encountered a very rude female manager. The restaurant was empty, yet it took nearly 30 minutes for my order of 1 large coffee and a chicken mayonnaise. When I asked for sweetener as I am diabetic, I was ignored and told that my disability was not her problem. After almost 30 minutes, I confronted the manager about her rude and disrespectful behavior towards customers, and informed her that I would be making a formal complaint to head office. The manager did not react well to this and began recording me on her phone, then followed me outside to record my vehicle. I visit McDonald's approximately 50 times a week for coffee all over the country and have never experienced an issue like this before. I suggest that this night shift manager undergo customer service training. I will no longer be using this McDonald's and will be reporting this incident to the appropriate department.
I ordered a Big Mac from this restaurant but it was missing from my order. I tried to contact them at 01582593472 but nobody answered. I filed a complaint with Just Eat and hope to get my money back as soon as possible. I placed my order online today and can't believe this happened. I will never order from here again. The manager on duty should make sure that online orders are correct. I lost both food and money in this situation.
Once again, the wrong items were delivered. I ordered a caramel McFlurry and a Smarties McFlurry, but received an Oreo McFlurry and an iced latte instead. It's frustrating that the staff continually get orders wrong, especially when it should be a simple task. At least this time, the items weren't missing entirely. The manager needs to address the issues at this restaurant. The service was appalling.
Keep getting missing items everytime I order we are missing this time 2 large banana milkshakes 1 large strawberry milkshake and 3 small cokes and can’t get a refund or them to answer so they can sílices what they should have
Food is what is says on the tin, it comes warm and customised just like you order it. Service is peculiar. For indoor service, the team flag tickets as ready to collect, although they are not. It's quite annoying when you go close to collect and your meal is still being prepared. We were there long enough to see this happening before our eyes a few times. For drive-thru service, I assure you, it will be a pain. There are no designated bays for order collections so they ask people to park wherever they can and wait for their orders, even though there are no cars behind nor queues to beat. I narrowed it down to being a competition with standards set from Headoffice or amongst other McDonalds in the area. Staff was friendly although I believe they were under a lot of pressure. I always keep an eye out for the person who runs the show and this time the manager was called Tus. This fella had been screaming on top of his lungs in the prep area to get his team moving and that was not pleasant at all. When he came to the front to see the customers I understood it was more of cultural thing rather than him being actually rude. He truly had a weird way of asking customers if everything was ok, it was initially shocking yet later on hilarious to watch. Staff were allowed to wear headscarves however they were not secured properly which was a hygiene risk as they touched and wiped every surface on the counter. Public areas were relatively clean although they could do with a bit of extra cleaning in mens restrooms. Parking is limited, and it shared with other shops in the retail park. Also parking bays are a bit tight. That's all folks! Enjoy
