Mcdonald's - Luton

Luton marsh road one of the worst McDonald's but closest to home , always forget things , staff are very slow , never anything in stock , milkshake machine never working

Horrible terrible customer service waiting time over 40 minutes plus the order was messed up never eat again here

Someone left their excrement in my burger.I hate to review negative. But if there is modern slavery exists, working in MacDonald is one of them. Their customers service is horrible and bunch of useless assistance manage who have no manners at all. Junk food must be avoided from UK before entire nation became obese.

We ordered the food waited and waited and when it eventually turns up all of the food is cold and they wouldn’t even refund me

I think the food is pretty great in general, yeah sure i mean its a fast food restaurant, but it does the job right really, the chips are great, the milkshakes and frappes they do are pretty exellent, price-wise im not too bothered about it, i think most of it is reasonable.. I wouldn't say the food is filling per say, cuz like after an hour ill be hungry again, but its a nice treat... and there isn't really any complaints from me.
