Kfc - Luton

I ordered a variety bucket via just eat, the food arrived cold, all the hot wings were missing and the phone was not answered when I called to try and get the rest of my order. I will not be using this restaurant again, the...chicken wasn’t very good either.

Small portions, fries around the bag, cold , Tower burger with old and cold hash brown ketchup everywhere, reheat chicken in twister , not satisfying . Not recommended, cold food , tortilla with twister cold , chicken inside reheat

After several previously bad experiences at this branch I thought I would be generous and give them another chance. In short the staff were rude and ignorant. They took my money even though they knew they were out of stock. What a bad advert for...kfc!

I came all the way from WELWYN garden City for halal kfc but they always refuse to make more .it was pm but they said no burgers no chicken only some wings left when I ask are you closing the reply was no the...person who cooked he is on break you have to wait min and they was speaking there language and laughing. Worse rude staff kfc should do something very soon

I decided to treat the family to KFC as we live outside of Luton and the kids were feeling for it. So after placing the order, as soon as I got into the car and they started eating the chips/fries, noticed that half of the...chips from all packets of chips were BURNT. Then when I came home I noticed that the cheese on my Tower burger looked like plastic and even the lettuce was brown. A family treat was RUINED and I am sure , as always., NOTHING WILL BE DONE as the current manager of this branch is only interested in Sales and NOT Customer Service.
