Burger King - Luton

On Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, I received cold chips and a double cheeseburger with one raw patty at this restaurant.

I want to give a shoutout to Blake at Burger King in Luton Airport. He greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to assist me. I hope this feedback reaches him because I was in a hurry and he quickly served me with a helpful attitude. This is exactly the kind of fast and efficient service I look for in a fast food restaurant.

Avoid this place at all costs. The employees have a dismissive attitude towards customers. When I entered the restaurant hungry, I was ignored by three staff members who were too busy chatting. Eventually, one of the staff took my order but then went back to chatting. I had to repeatedly ask for ketchup and mayonnaise, and there was no effort made to engage with me. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. This establishment clearly lacks interest in customer service and retention.

This place is basically a typical Burger King, so you know what to expect really. What lets it down somewhat is the dirty tables, which are never cleaned often enough, and even more so the lack of machines for ordering, you always have to join the massive queue. Definitely better than McDonalds however!

Quite frankly the rudest and most truly miserable staff in the world! I havent seen one of them smile ever!
