Fouquet's Toulouse - L'Union

I have been eating regularly in this restaurant, with family, since 2007, and we are always happy with it. We ate dozens and dozens of times. The terrace is very pleasant, good quality/price. And there's a good atmosphere.

First of all, you wait for the restaurant entrance, while the staff continues to speak with each other, without taking your presence. After you're taken to the race pass to a table. You're barely sitting here, you're being asked what you've chosen. after we don't hesitate to bring the aperitif and beers for the meal at the same time. When you notice that you asked for beer with the dishes, the person leaves by not happy. the beef skewer and very, very average, the stirred potatoes are a carbonized and oil-drug. the buffet of admissions like desserts and poor in choice. but above all ... above all ... they all suffered an ablation of smile and correction. Indeed, when we were paid to the crate, the person in charge, did not even dagger this turn to us, it remained the face facing the crate just holding the arm to take our card, and give us the machine. We really felt that he was the one because he couldn't do anything else. It's just lamentable.

I've been dining in this restaurant several times. If the weather allows, the terrace is very pleasant. the entrance buffet can be very good one day and very medium another. It is the same for the staff in the room, very young in the whole and which obviously lacks training and control. Go back to the servers to go smoking at the end of the terrace, order or on the contrary flat served while eating its entrance, server with irons to its shoes making a very embarrassing noise. The dishes, they, are not bad but not quite copied. When they at the dessert buffet, they didn't give me the impression of being home. the rather pleasant setting and the prices not too high make the value-price ratio is still correct.
