I ordered in the drive thru and I had maybe 5 cars in front of m. the line moved very fast. the personal is super friendly and if they told me that there were no berries to put in my drink, they suggested a delicious alternative? when this place first came to lumberton N.C it was one of my favorites almost food joints of my mother! She loved getting the chili cheese so that they add Slav. a few days? ll see some of the employees roll over the parking space on their roller shoes? look at this place, you won't be disappointed!?
They were super busy. We order an ice coffee a regular coffee and smal drink. Well got the ice coffee and small drink and then was told we didn't order coffee that was on our receipt so he left mad at us and then brought the cream and sugar but not coffee waiter left mad again at us. Then after about 30 min we were told they are working on our coffee well after the waiters attitude I wasn't about to drink anything he brought us so we asked for a refund and they shorted us on the refund an no we never got ugly or mean it was all thank you and please. He must have been tired or mad because they were busy. But its all good want make or brake the place. But want ever go back.
Went by Sunday afternoon and they were busy. However, I ordered only 2 medium milkshakes at the same time the fellow in his truck placed a large food and milkshake order. Waited 35 minutes without receiving mine but the fellow next to me had received his about 10 minutes earlier. Waitress walked by her and I told her about it. She said she would check on it and let me know right away. After 6 minutes never heard from her. We left.
Ordered using the mobile app and the screen at restaurant said food was coming out but waited 10 minutes and had to call for a manager. The manager came out and apologized and said they have alot of new employees. This has happened on 3 separate occasions. Food was good and was hot when it arrived. I think they need better training for there mobile ordering system.
Ordered food and waited for 20 minutes until it said that it was on the way (on the computer screen) . I Then waited an additional 20 minutes (since it said it was on the way). I had pushed the red button and spoken with someone once, they stated it was on the way. 10 minutes later I hit the button again, they stopped answering. Since I could get no answer from anyone, I called The location as well. I?ve wasted 40 minutes (and counting) waiting on a freaking sonic meal. I can assure you you will not have to worry about me coming back to this location. This is ridiculous! Update? I?ve wasted a total of 50 minutes. The guy who delivered my food was nice? But never again will I wait this long for fast food.
