Mcdonald's - Lumberton

I always learn why I chose mcdonalds. no matter how many chances I give this place. the burgers are small and simply thrown together, the fries are always old and this time the outside car menu would not even be the menu after approx. 5 minutes I had to go back to the other track.

The service was fast, but how can it not be if they don't give a hit about what they order. special order qp with cheese level and I got a terrible excuse for a regular qp with cheese.

Sometimes the line goes quite fast, it is in the regular depending on the time of the day, but the personal is always very friendly. it is mcdonalds so that eating all tastes that it is the service that makes a difference and this is quite good.

These McDonald’s is not perfect, but they are always ready to fix everything that is not right. also kevin the gm shows up at his days to help the crew during the rush hour! away to the crew! david, stacy and victoria rock also! kevin buys sweets also for the crew!

Waited 45 minutes for 2 pies, while managers were sitting in the lobby eating their own food. Forgot to instruct to drop my pies so had to wait even longer. Very disappointed. On top of waiting forever on my lunch break the manager was playing around with employees….goofing off. Way to go Lumberton!! Get it together????
