Hardee's - Lumberton

In my opinion Hardee's has Good food but they really need to work harder on Customer service at the Drive Threw. It needs help Badly. I think the people working at Hardee's are friendly and hard working.

The food was freshly cooked and hot. They missed a special request to add lettuce to the chicken sandwich and the restroom had dead bugs in it. Otherwise it was ok, but this could have been an excellent Hardee’s because the staff was very friendly.

I had the steak cookies, and they were delicious! Keep up the excellent work, everyone!

It usually takes the staff about 3-5 minutes to take my order, which makes me wonder if they're short-staffed or just not focused on customer service. Having worked in fast food myself, I know that attending to customers should always come first. That said, I ordered the Frisco burger meal along with an apple pie, and I have to admit, it was really delicious. The food was warm and well-portioned. I definitely recommend this meal if you're looking for something hearty that isn't too messy. Plus, the honey mustard is complimentary and goes great with everything. P.S. It always takes the ladies 3-5 minutes before they get my order. You need to be brief or not prioritize customers. I used to work fast food and we were always taught to tend to the customer. Anyway, I ordered the Frisco Burger meal and an apple cake. It was so good not to lie. The food was warm and nicely cut. I recommend this meal if you want something full, that's not chaotic. Honey mustard is free and tastes good on everything. P.S. I'm sorry for the terrible lighting in the picture.
