Burger King - Lumberton

The place is nice but the service is terrible and the food is worse. They gave me a wrap with damaged lettuce and worse meat.

I ordered an impossible whopper with Swiss cheese.I got a whopper(meat) with no cheese. I politely returned and they redid the orderWhen I checked again it was another whopper(meat) with cheese this time and bacon.I don’t eat me I just left the store. Still trying to figure out how to get my money back

You can tell employees multiple how you want your food and they still fix it their way ?‍ need new employees

Came here multiple times and everytime it’s something new. Food is always mid, fries have no taste and feel like rubber. Sloppy sandwiches. Came for breakfast and ordered 2 burritos, they made me sit there for 25 minutes and I had to go in and get my food. Had given them a 100 to pay one time and they made me pull up past the window to give me my change, had me sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for my change. Don’t waste your money.

I come visit the store on west 5th St Lumberton every day and great service and the manger Tamela go above and beyond to satisfy customers and the cooks are great at their
