Burger King - Lugoff

The customer service was quite disappointing. The waitress who took my debit card and brought us our food didn't acknowledge us at all, not even to say thank you, despite my spouse expressing gratitude. If you dislike your job that much, then maybe it's time to find a new one. We're done with this place because this has become a consistent issue!

I placed an order today, and I found it difficult to communicate with the person taking my order. At first, I thought it was just me, but I noticed the same issue when the person behind me tried to order. It seems like there might be a shortage of qualified staff, possibly due to the ongoing impact of COVID. I was also surprised by the significantly inflated prices for what I received compared to my previous visits. I used to be a regular customer when they first opened, but now it feels like I may never return. It seems like they had great incentives to draw in customers back then, but that has changed. Now, I’m seriously considering whether I want to come back or just cross this place off my list. It's a shame because Lugoff could really benefit from more dining options.

Slow down. Driving through is NOT efficient. The restaurant has two car rides through the lanes and uses only one. No good place to eat when you have time constraints.

Awful fast food experience... It took 20 minutes just to get through the drive-thru.

This new Burger King is a few months old and services and dependability is already horrendous. Ordered takeout a few times and every time the order has been wrong. Get this, the receipt doesn’t even have the store phone number and you can’t find a working number online to call about it. This is a sign that this location in a small community won’t last long. Had to believe that you order a fish sandwich and get a bacon king combo. I nor my extended family will support and spend a penny at this location moving forward, sad! Was really excited about it being in Lugoff.
