Great location. Great staff. Great food. Loved it. Ask for the Ticino beer.

This family run restaurant could easily be overlooked even though it is located very centrally and what a find it was! Really. We didn't have to wait long for the attentive staff to find us a table and make us welcome. The menu offered a selection to suit all italiano cuisine and we both selected a veal dish which was cooked to perfection, portion size just right . The dessert of the day was recommended by our enthusiastric host, cream filled pastry rolls (cannoli) served with ice cream delicious! The service was excellent, the staff friendly and informative, the setting rustic and comfortable, and the food first class. The prices were average for Switzerland. If we ever return to Lugano we'll definitely visit Tango again.
