Wendy's - Lufkin

Quick service and friendly staff! The strawberry salad is delicious. I accidentally forgot to order my strawberry lemonade, but the girl at the window let me add it to my order. My only complaint is that they were out of barbecue dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets.

When I realized the bacon was missing, I attempted to call the restaurant to mention it, but unfortunately, I couldn’t get through after three attempts. I only wanted to ensure they remember such details for the next time, as I know some customers can be quite rude about things like this, and I didn’t want to be another difficult customer. Overall, we highly recommend trying the new Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich, but be sure to go for the spicy option!

Wendy's in Lufkin is the worst location I've ever visited. Each time I go, the service is dreadful, and the staff is incredibly rude. Tonight, we ordered chili, and the woman told us it wasn't ready. Then she returned to say they only had one small serving available. This was three hours before closing time. Were they genuinely out of chili, or just too lazy to heat up more? Based on their customer service, I would lean towards the latter.

The lobby was dimly lit, and the door was locked. I had to go through the drive-thru, where I was informed that they are temporarily closed. It seems like this place is always facing some kind of problem. Honestly, it's probably a sign that no one should be dining here.

The spicy chicken bacon pretzel pub sandwich was exceptional. The service was lightning fast—my order was ready before I even finished pouring my drink. You really can't ask for more than that!
