Ihop - Lufkin

I'm really pleased that this restaurant stays open late. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The food was absolutely delicious!

The staff was welcoming and the food was fantastic. I have no complaints whatsoever. I’ll definitely return.

New owners, nice people, but the quality of the food had declined. Just about everything we ordered, was no longer offered on the menu. Who messes up an IHOP pancake? This establishment did! Food was cold. Our coffee had bubbles in it. Bubbles? The manager had our meals remade. A customer across our way, witnessed and paid for our meals! The manager just apologized for our awful experience. The restroom was very clean. Our waiter was very apologetic. We let it be known, it was not his fault. Plus, it was not busy during the time we were there. It was the holidays, so we really increased our waiter's tip. He told us that he was not leaving that tip on the table to be picked up later after we left. He was taking it now. LOL. 12/2022

I had a fantastic experience! Our waitress was outstanding. I intended to order my own omelet to stick to my health plan, but I wasn't aware that they add pancake batter to their omelets for extra fluffiness. I'm really grateful that she kindly mentioned it beforehand, so I didn't end up ordering something that wouldn't fit my needs. This is what excellent customer service looks like!
