My wife and I ate here Friday night and I ordered a number 1 and my wife had the 2 pieces of chicken and it was about 20 dollars without taxes and then the cashier said that we were charged an extra 1,59 because we pay with our debt card, and the look at her face, she was so embarrassing. I asked them why and they showed on a sign in front of the register and it says that they encourage to pay people with cash instead of a card, with a card you will be charged an additional 3.50 percent. Cooperate American Gier for his best. Not only do we now pay higher prices for our meals, they have come with this scheme to get more money. I guarantee they make millions more, but still we still pay higher prices for our food. I'll try Cane's next time. Ready with Chicken Express.

We love the chicken here, this place has replaced Popeyes for us. We get better service, taste and food. Portions are better for your money. Now that they started doing spicy chicken. You can only say on the lines that everyone in Lufkin is preferred to this place via Popeyes.

Through the ride thru and spent $80 on a family meal ( wait for a while because they gave the person before us) only home with two tiny cups of potatoes instead of family size, cold chicken and cold Mac n cheese without the honey and hot sauce it was safe in the bag. Try to call several times and they don't answer their phone. Better!

It was my first time for a chicken express. My daughter and I shared our chicken strips and potatoes. You, where delicious. I'll go again.

Always our Tuesday hangout. Food was hot and fresh, but today 7/5/22, the staff was off point. Food items left off our indoor meals. I hated to keep asking for items, so the receptionist, said anything else , in her rude attitude voice.A drumstick I had was too crusty to the bone, I returned it, and received something better..some people had to wait a couple of minutes for their large orders.they were rushing. Lack of teamwork, and complaints by the staff heard by customers .
