Bidrage med feedbackWas on Saturdays in the really very tastefully decorated small restaurant. the service staff was very nice. the selection of sushi is great. the prices are slightly elevated. for the fresh and tasty sushi but appropriate.You choose from a card and then get its order served at the table. we had a mixed plate for each 22,50 eur and a Japanese beer, as well as a Miso soup as an appetizer.Everything was very fresh and has really tasted great and we have been fed up.
Maybe a little expensive, but the fish is great, prepared at best and served very well. sushiwoman is very good and kind and has chosen a varied menu card, complete and with refined dishes .. for sushi lovers is a face known in ludwigsburg;)I will definitely return. the place is very nice, kind staff.

It was a new sushi restaurant that just opened, and it was a lack at ludwigsburg: there are a lot of good restaurants in the city, there was a good sushi restaurant. Unfortunately, tobiko won't have that role. The restaurant's decoration is nice with its large faces painted on the kitchen side (open to the public as it should in this kind of address): a small room and sobriety for an urban atmosphere. Two people are in the kitchen (two Thai) then helped by a third, and the chef is in the room. There are two problems in this restaurant: service and sushi/rolls. The service is not yet at the point: the leader seems nervous and under pressure, and obviously does not have control of his functions in the room. We smell like amateurism. I ordered a glass of chardonnay. I had a schorle (a mixture of wine and gaseous water). I then ordered a glass of riesling (presented as feinherb on the map, so gross), the boss confirms me if that's what I want to drink, what I confirm. and I had a riesling lieblich (sweet). After a remark on my part, I was brought in the bottle and I was told "that's why I asked for confirmation, it's a wine for women normally." It's not what's marked on the map on the one hand, and I didn't know that the wine met some kind of criteria on the other. the reaction of the boss confirms our first impression: she is nervous and does not know too much to react to a claim. No soy sauce on the table. Then the sushi and rolls: we ate some of the best in the region, and these will not leave us a great memory. rice is a problem: the grains are too big, so the rolls break easily, especially they stick too much between them. at taste level they are more relatively neutral. the prices are reasonable, except for the small cup of tea charged 3€... it is a little expensive for the quantity. Why a "all you can drink" for tea?At the end of the things to review in this restaurant: the service is too stressed and approximate, the rice seems to pose a problem and deserve to be reviewed and we notice some details that betray a certain amateurism: no card at the entrance of the restaurant to inform the curious about what they can find there inside, an extra card that is false about the wines and This restaurant is new, so the team has to go back, but we won't go back.
The new sushi restaurant you have to try. the sushi master and the sushi master sawi, who is probably also the owner, prepare sushi at the highest level. who really wants to try something special should order the tintenfischsalat thai style. but preview: original asian sharpness. the ambiente of the local is stylish and modern, without being undercooled. the service is very friendly and attentive. Recommended: the soy sauce the most common is a separate league and far better than the sauce on the tresen. finally sushi at high level in ludwigsburg.
