Allgau - Ludwigsburg

Good honest kitchen, nice atmosphere. there you can meet nice people or just eat something simple good. the chef cooks himself.

Our second visit to the restaurant allgäu confirms our previous impressions: a rustic and authentic ambiente, an efficient and smiling service and a very good kitchen by chef christoph rieger! we knew the excellent late zle that make up the call of the place, but we must not forget the maul bags that are a real tasty bite! for us the two dishes that you should try in the allgäu absolutely. everything in a simple, snorkelless atmosphere that cares for hospitality.

Looks like a pub on the first look, but you can drink more than just a beer here. eating is good if the portions are rather small. ambiente is ok, but the small dining room at "full hut" is quite loud.

Have been here several times and eating was always excellent. children like to see guests and come to their cost

Cozy dinner option across the street from the Ludwigsburg Schloss. Very friendly chef and wait staff. Make sure you order a main course which includes the potato salad (Kartoffelsalat).
